GENERAL CONDITION

The following condition are not valid  during Fair periods and special event, in thease cases specific will be established.

1- RATES

Rates are all quoted in EURO and include VAT taxes .

1-HOTELS

Karsana travel reserves the right to provide hotels  of similar catwgory if the cirvumstances make it necessary , at no additional cost or  refund.

3 - PAYMENTS

A deposit paymant is required upon reicept  of   confirmation  of the reservation . Final payment is due 21  days prior to the arrival the client . Full payment must accompany any services booked les than 21 days prior to arrival . Payments are accepted only by card (VISA , Mastercard) or bank tranfer reicept is  requested.

The liability of Karsana Travel is limited. Karsana Travel acts only as an agent for the passenger in a full functions pertaining to hotel reservation and accomodation, restaurants, meals and services, sightseeing tours and transportation of whatever nature, and assumes no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident delay or inconveniences wich may occur either by reason of defected, or as direct or indirect result or God,or as acts of governement

or other civil authorities (war, civil disturbances, strikes,etc.) or from any cause beyond Karsana Travel control. Karsana Travel can accept no responsability for the loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes. Karsana Travel reserves the right to vary itineraries in order to improve each tour, to the members.

Enjoinment and advantage. Karsana Travel reserves the right to cancel or rescheduled any tour in accordance with operation.
