TUSCANY'S FOOD TRADITION
Day One
Group transfer from the Arezzo train station to Villa I Bossi. Enjoy a typical Tuscan meal with the Alborgotti family in the villa's elegant dining room.
Day Two
Morning cooking lesson with the Marchesa Albergotti. After the lesson, enjoy lunch featuring the dishes you prepared.
In the afternoon, tour Arezzo and its famous frescos of Piero della Francesca. Dinner tonight at the restaurant Buca di San Francesco.
Day Three
Morning cooking lesson followed by lunch.
Afternoon excursion to Chianti, with a stop at the Castle of Volpaia where you'll have a wine tasting. Dinner tonight at the restaurant of Badia a Coltibuono.
Day Four
Morning cooking lesson followed by lunch. Afternoon visit to Florence with a private guide and plenty of opportunities to shop. Dinner at the famous restaurant Cammillo.
Day Five
Morning cooking lesson followed by lunch. Afternoon visit to Siena.
Tonight you'll dine with Duca Amedeo d'Aosta.
Day Six
After breakfast you'll have a short lesson on flower composition and how to receive guests in your home with great Italian style. Lunch at the villa, followed by a visit to Cortona where you'll be able to shop and sightsee. After an olive oil tasting, enjoy dinner at Tonino's.
Day Seven
Final cooking lesson of the week is followed by lunch and a presentation of course certificates. The afternoon is free to relax by the pool or take a walk. Evening free.
Day Eight
Group transfer to the Arezzo train station.
